30 years of the ADT

The Transylvanian Dermatologists Association, founded in 1995 by Prof. Dr. Nicolae Maier, celebrates 30 years. The 2026 edition is also a tribute to its founder.

Thirty years have passed since the ADT was established in 1996, so this edition will also be a tribute to Professor Nicolae Maier, who founded the association. We look forward to seeing you again.

Professor of Dermatology — Department of Dermatology and Venereology, Freiburg

Professor at the Department of Dermatology and Venereology in Freiburg, Germany, where she coordinates the Epidermolysis Bullosa Center. Her work focuses on genodermatoses — in particular epidermolysis bullosa and inflammatory keratinization disorders — with the goal of identifying new therapeutic targets. A founding member of the ADT (1996), she opens the genodermatoses session with the lecture “Inflammatory dermatoses in children”.
